Walking down a dirt country road I see tractor tracks juxtaposed next to deer tracks. It felt so strange to me – like this doesn’t go together. It was a big man-made machine next to one of nature’s most graceful creatures. But they do live together, for better or worse. The farm-land necessary to feed us was carved out of the forests that are home to deer and other wildlife. And hey, going down the dirt road is the easiest way for both the tractor and the deer to get where they want to be.

Nice interpretation Pat! Love nature. CH has mowed a path for me to do my heart healthy laps(too cold for days now)around the Tiny Ten and the deer are using it too.. π
