I am so honored, I was asked to do a guest post at Uncle Spike’s. When he asked he said he was “looking for someone with an insight into humanity, a decent sense of humour, and has a ‘been there, done that, got the t-shirt’ attitude to life.” And I thought, I can do this. Right!
I worked so hard on that post – much harder than any I have written for my own blog. I wonder what happens when someone asks me to do something to be put out there in front of their people? My usual confidence evaporates and my stomach turns to stone.

I love the Lady Pat title. It is an honor to accept the title form the Queen’s second in command – Uncle Spike. And all along I though I had to be born into nobility to have the title.

I like many of your posts but didn’t see a way to “Like” them. Did I miss something on your blog?

Thank you so much. To “like” on this theme it appears you either need to click on the reply at the bottom where the credits or whatever are – but you don’t need to comment. You can also click on the title and it will all be there. When we get south I’m going to spend a little time seeing if I can get it things working a little better. I’m glad you asked. 🙂

Oh Evelyn, I think the liker is broken. I have tried to like some post and all I get is a loading message and it doesn’t respond. Whatever will we do without the liker????
