There have been many interesting interpretations of the Weekly Photo Challenge Layers. I looked at several possibilities in my files but kept coming back to this. This plant has a delightful name – Flapjacks (Kalanchoe thyrsiflora) and it is a delight to photograph.
Kalanchoe’s are one of my favorite low maintenance plants ! I have never seen this variety! The tinge and your photo is beautifully layered!

I love plants you can’t get a bad picture of, though I always do my best to prove I can 😉

Me too, and the large size of the leaves are also lovely. Maybe I should get one for my bed here in FL. I’m going for foliage with color and with different textures. I am having a lot fun using plants that I can’t even grow inside up north. 🙂

Thanks, Nora. After I posted I wasn’t sure. Maybe I’ll stop second guessing myself – maybe. 😀
