I went to a one-room schoolhouse a couple of times in my life. Both are gone now, sadly. Love this shot! LikeLike Reply
Thanks. This isn’t in my county so I am not familiar with it but I think it looks more like a school than a small country church. What do you think? LikeLike Reply
It was out in the country and the woods had grown up around it – surrounded by farm fields. LikeLike Reply
Lovely. Though if I interpret this in a Halloween frame of mind, the zipper mouth on the front makes the face of this structure quite sinister. LikeLike Reply
I went to a one room school for a year and am intrigued by them. We were driving down a dirt road and I was thinking that I need to find and record old schools because they are fast disappearing. At the next corner I spotted this. LikeLike Reply

That is the way it looked after I did a little editing. I had to soften it up. 🙂
