We drove around a curve and there it was – our first view of Mt. Rainier. It was so beautiful I cried as I framed the shots. It was a perfect morning.

Moved to tears…I have been moved like that before but your description makes these photos even more stunning!

Great shot, Pat! This is a lenticular cloud – it’s always fascinating to see them around or above Mt. Rainier. It’s a beautiful area in Washington; glad you got to see it and photograph it.

Just gorgeous! My son is a prof at the University of Washington and there is a pathway there that frames Mt Rainer with cherry trees. It’s beautiful, but still so far away. I’ve never been close. Your pics make me promise to myself that next time I get to Seattle … I’m heading out to the Mt!

Very beautiful Mom. You could sell those pictures to puzzle makers. 🙂 But then again a puzzle would not do it justice. Love ya.
